Shire Business Interiors was briefed to design and manufacture a new reception counter for the main entrance to the Museum. The new counter naturally had to be practical and ascetically pleasing. It was required to reduce queueing times whilst not allowing customers to enter without paying. It also had to make the reception staff feel safe behind the desk and allow for a large amount of hidden storage for leaflets and museum guides etc.

Shire have worked closely with Kramer Electronics over the last decade as their business has grown, providing them with office furniture and refurbishment work.  When Kramer Electronics moved to their new headquarters, Shire installed and decorated the new office partitioning, added additional lighting and power, installed a kitchenette and breakfast bar as well as supplying them with new Senator office furniture.

Shire's first project with Seiko was a major refurbishment of their UK head office in Maidenhead. This involved recarpeting the offices with Miliken carpet tiles and supplying and installing new office furniture from the Senator Intrigue range. Since then we have recarpeted a further three floors within the Seiko building, as well fitting out two broadrooms for them. One boardroom was furnished with furniture from Hands of Wycombe and the other one with furniture from Senator. Shire installed  Audio Visual Equipment into both of these rooms.
